The artists:
Three Mothers
Three Mothers is an exercise in making broken machines sing disharmoniously. Working from club rooms to basements, her work twists metals and resonates bodies.
R.M. Lazar
Rouvin is a musician whose primary interest is to create evocative, longform works through musique concrète techniques and atmospheric music composition. For his set, he’ll use a sampler to perform, process and manipulate his own compositions.
Jen Callaway & Michael McCosker
Jen Callaway and Michael McCosker are Naarm based sound and visual artists, collaborating in bands including Propolis, Snacks, and Hi God People. As an occasional synth duo sometimes known as Telephone, they explore themes around communication and spatial displacement, evoking textures, sensation, landscapes and narratives.
We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the true owners and custodians of the land where this event takes place. Always was. Always will be.
