The Briars Wildlife Sanctuary - a video by Ernie Althoff and John Campbell

The Briars Wildlife Sanctuary in Mt Martha on the Mornington Peninsula is an impressive remnant of Australian native bush in an area otherwise dominated by residential housing and small farms. A network of walking tracks enables visitors to observe wallabies, wombats, echidnas, emus, sugar gliders, micro bats, fish, reptiles, frogs, approximately seventy native bird species, and several vegetation classes. 182 observations made within the sanctuary are recorded on the iNaturalist website at https://tinyurl.com/5n7devru
