Hedchef is a UK-born auditory futurist creating club-focused, off-kilter electro and broken techno cuts heard in the DJ sets of some of the world's most esteemed DJs, on labels including Childsplay, Fly By Night, Carouse and Left, Right + Centre. Both in the studio and behind the decks, his blend of locked breakbeat grooves, spage-age synths and no-nonsense low-end thump creates an unpredictable approach to club sonics. For this edition of Disco Brut, Hedchef presents his first ever entirely live set, forsaking the dancefloor format for a more experimental exploration that shifts across tempos and includes elements of noise, dancehall, breakcore and trance.

Caustic Grip is the EBM /INDUSTRIAL solo project of Naarm based trans femme musician Scarlett Shred. Generating pulsing, synth driven, aggressive electro industrial with big drums and heavy sampling. Brixx is a producer, composer and DJ influenced by cult cinema, techno, electro and EBM. Underpinned by darkness, her music explores a narrative that examines the human condition, gender and sexuality through thumping kicks, industrial percussion, sampling and reverb-drenched bass. Simo Soo is a prolific artist, producer, vocalist and rapper from Naarm making hip hop infused punk, noise pop, footwork, club music, found sounds and samples thrown into the mix. Simo Soo’s live shows are a physical embodiment of the music, a raging punk rap show with banter occasionally bordering on the bizarre but preaching inclusive positivity and calls to arms to believe in what you do. This is music made for people who have to yell really loud to be heard.
