Check out THIS viral load: FACETOUCHER has EIGHT new albums he forgot to tell you about

remember that time we thought that maybe all we'd need to defeat this current plague was to be doubledosed?  cast your memories back to those glorious days of innocent folly with DOUBLEDOSED, featuring genuine field-recordings of FACETOUCHER getting his second pfizer.  but the music is glorious too - some of the gentlest, most "musical" offerings he's created yet.

a sequel of sorts to the CONTAGIOUS HITS album.  more terrible cover songs done terribly, using the usual FACETOUCHER experimental improv setup to create noisy renditions of classic songs that have their meanings altered by our current disease-ridden epoch.  not for the faint of heart, or the musically-discerning.

one long two hour jam, unedited, untrimmed, the full uncleaned wartfest. dedicated to all those we've lost.
meditate, immerse, vent, grieve, jump around, do whatever you have to do with this music. it's yours now.

seems like forever we've been talking about omicron, but it's actually only been a few months.  egads.  anyway, this was created when the variant with the evil-space-robot name first appeared.   listen carefully, and you can hear the word chanted ritualistically, like FACETOUCHER is some weirdo cultish disease-worshipper.  of course, nothing could be further from the truth.
covid sucks dogballs.

in fact, FACETOUCHER is so not a fan of omicron that he created this album, hearkening back to the simpler days of classic covid. this album is made of sounds he recorded during this initial period of the plaguetimes, when it was scary and weird and new and kinda exciting in a perverse sort of way, instead of the boring irritating despairing monotonous fatiguing kinda vibe we have today.
great music though.

what a fucking arse.
this album is full of angry angry angry noises.  the second track is probably the most fucked sounds FACETOUCHER has ever made.
play THAT on ya ukulele, ya useless gronk.

like DOUBLEDOSED, this features actual recordings of FACETOUCHER getting his jab.  third and final jab?  NOT FUCKING LIKELY HUH.
but yeah, the music is quite nice actually.

musically, this branches out into even more minimal and delicate and musical directions than ever before - as well as decidedly non-musical ones.   honestly, it's hard to describe this stuff.   just listen to it, see what you think.   dancing about architecture etc.   anyway, have a nice time, maybe enjoy these releases, see you on the other side.  peace.
