XSL

Thalamus Lab have just released a new album called XSL, including a track from Melbourne musician, Vertical Noise
The XSL project compiled sounds contributed by more than 50 artists around the world, thereby developing a sound library for the production of the album.

Sounds were then made available online for free, and after three months the open collaboration closed with 37 entries of new works.
Thalamus Lab  made a selection for the compilation which includes tracks by Clicks & Keys, Logical Disorder, Alpha Cephei, Kilstk Wrams, Dhuz Bazz, Juan Cristobal Ribes, Gis_Sweden, Matt Burnett, Vertical Noise and Davic Nod.

The album is now online and free to download. Enjoy it!!

After a series of presentations by collaborators Harvestworks (New York), Niu : espai artístic (Barcelona) and netlabelism.com (Ghent, Phnom Penh), the project will be showcased at Sónar Festival the 19th of June by Davic Nod.

Many thanks to all contributors, collaborators and Sónar!
