Tuesday February 28th @ the Make It Up Club

This week features two incredibly inventive duos, and a synth supergroup. Berlin-based improviser, Magda Mayas (one of Europe's most celebrated avant-pianists) and Tony Buck (the legendary Australian drummer from the likes of Peril and The Necks) make their MIUC debut in this configuration. Melbourne indie/punk/scumcore/drone luminaries McWaters/Brown/Watson/Brown premiere their new synth quartet. And Swedish-based improvisers, Casey and Johan Moir, present their duo of ultra abstracted, and rarefied breath, mediated by the trumpet and voice.

Magda Mayas (Berlin) (clavinet) and Tony Buck (Berlin) (drumkit)
Morgan McWaters, Miles Brown, Mat Watson and Matthew Brown (analogue synthesizers)
Casey Moir (voice) and Johann Moir (trumpet)
