Tonight at the MIUC, a stellar lineup of performers embracing the possibilities of no-core improv. Percussion innovators, Nat Grant and Maya-Victoria return with their duo of deconstructed rhythmic timbres. The post-noise, electroacoustic innovations of the Galactagogue Duo. And a premiere collaboration between two fairly recent Melbourne emigres who combine and transcend the traditions of avant classical and new noise, featuring Robinson Watt and Kevin CK LO.
