1000th post!

This is the 1000th post on the Experimental Melbourne blog. The blog began in November 2007 after a previous, much-less successfuly life as a Yahoo Group/mailing list.

The philosophy of this blog has been from the beginning to have content generated from multiple authors. Experimental Melbourne now has 62 authors - thanks to them for making this blog a success and a true community resource.
