The masterminds behind Canberra-based ambient-illbient-outbient duo, Spartak (Shoeb Ahmad and Evan Dorrian), are performing at the MIUC with some local guests from the fringes of avant-pop, drone and noise on the eve of their EP tour around Australia and South East Asia.
